Book Club Spring 2016
Book Club has recently made our selections for the upcoming months:
February to be discussed in March is Rooville by Julie Long. The meet up for this book is going to be hosted in a space other than the Tea Loft on March 5th as part of a larger event. Details will be coming VERY SOON!
March to be discussed in April is Amy and Isabelle by Elizabeth Strout
April to be discussed in May is The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah
May to be discussed in June is A Thousand Naked Strangers by Kevin Hazzard
June to be discussed in July is Switch a Wish by MB Earnheardt
We also have a side project happening in Book Club. Local author, John Wallman, who is writing a dark fantasy novel has asked members of our group to read it and provide honest feedback. This is more than just reading and saying “I liked it” or “I didn’t like it”. He is looking for editorial type feedback. If anyone is interested, please let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will forward you the manuscript. We will be planning a day to discuss our thoughts with John soon!
